Website Terms
This page explains the intended Local Call UK model. It does not promise that a particular territory is available, ranked, or producing a stated number of calls.
Search rankings, website traffic, calls, jobs, revenue and return on investment are not guaranteed.
Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a territory or create a contract. Any ranked-website rental, routing arrangement, price, billing period, service level, review, renewal, notice or cancellation term must be set out in a separate written agreement accepted by both sides.
LCUK owns its websites, domains, content and associated digital assets unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise. Trade partners remain responsible for their own quotations, customer contracts, artistry, licences, insurance, taxes and legal obligations.
We may correct or update website content as the service develops.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who do these Terms and Conditions apply to?
These Terms and Conditions apply to any individual or business that accesses the Local Call UK website or enters into a Ranked Website Rental agreement with Local Call UK. They cover both the browsing of the corporate website and the contractual relationship between Local Call UK and a trade partner.
Who owns the ranked websites and domain names?
Local Call UK owns all ranked microsites, domain names, and associated content at all times. A trade partner receives a rental licence to receive enquiries from a specific site for the duration of their agreement — they do not acquire any ownership interest in the website or domain.
What data does Local Call UK collect through call tracking?
Local Call UK uses call-tracking technology to record and report inbound telephone enquiries routed to trade partners. Data collection and processing are subject to UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). Full details are set out in the Privacy Policy, which should be read alongside these Terms.
How is territory exclusivity defined and protected?
Each Ranked Website Rental agreement covers one trade in one defined local area. Local Call UK will not route enquiries from that site to more than one active trade partner at the same time. The specific territory boundaries are confirmed in writing when the agreement is made.
What happens if I want to end my rental agreement?
Please get in touch with Local Call UK directly to discuss your specific circumstances. We offer a 28-day rolling contract; if you decide you no longer need our services, we will stop the call diversion and the site will become available to a competitor.
Which law governs these Terms and Conditions?
The laws of England and Wales govern these Terms and Conditions. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
How often are these Terms and Conditions updated?
Local Call UK reviews these Terms periodically and following any material change to its services or applicable law. The date at the foot of this page indicates when the Terms were last updated. Continued use of the website or service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
