Pricing that reflects the territory
Local Call UK does not publish one price for every trade and city. Each territory has its own demand, competition, call patterns, and commercial value.
What shapes a quotation?
- the trade and typical job value;
- the town or city;
- local search demand and competition;
- the website’s current development stage;
- genuine call evidence where available;
- expected maintenance and tracking costs; and
- the agreed scope and rental period.
Forecasts may help frame an early conversation, but they are not presented as actual results.
What you will see before agreeing
A written quotation or agreement should state:
- the territory and services covered;
- whether the site is building, proving or available;
- the rental charge and billing period;
- what routing and reporting are included;
- the start, review, renewal and cancellation arrangements; and
- the responsibilities of LCUK and the partner.
There is no automatic obligation simply because you request information or register an interest.
Why not charge for a guaranteed number of jobs?
Because LCUK supplies telephone opportunities, not guaranteed contracts. Search performance and call volumes vary, and the partner controls call handling, pricing and delivery.
The commercial test is whether the arrangement makes sense based on real evidence and the value of work in that territory.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does Local Call UK publish a fixed price list for website rental?
We don't publish a fixed price list because rental terms depend on several variables: the trade, the city, current search demand, and the evidenced commercial value of the calls being delivered. We need a conversation before discussing any figure.
What factors most influence the rental fee for a given territory?
The four main factors are the trade category, the city or town, the volume of calls the ranked website is already generating, and the likely job value those calls represent. A high-demand trade in a competitive city with strong call evidence will carry different terms than a niche service in a smaller market.
Is the rental fee a flat monthly amount or based on call volume?
Local Call UK has not publicly published a per-call or flat-rate structure. We discuss the rental model individually after we've reviewed availability and call evidence for a specific trade and city together.
Can I see call data before agreeing to rental terms?
Yes — call evidence and search demand data for the relevant territory are shared as part of the conversation, so you can assess the opportunity before committing to any terms. This is central to how Local Call UK operates: you review the evidence, then decide.
What happens if call volumes change after I have agreed terms?
Call Tracking and Reporting are included in the service, so both parties have ongoing visibility into actual call volumes. Changes in demand or performance can be discussed and reviewed against the evidence at that point.
Are rental terms the same across all trades and cities?
No. Each territory is priced individually. A plumber in a large city with high search volume is a different commercial proposition from a specialist trade in a smaller town, and rental terms reflect that difference accurately.
How do I find out what the rental terms would be for my trade and location?
Start by contacting [Local Call UK](/contact/) directly, confirming your trade and target city, and requesting the available call evidence for that territory. We discuss terms only after we've reviewed availability and demand data together; there is no obligation at that stage.
